    https://hub.planetbids.com/hub/req/detail/8ddfe609-ea69-4fd8-83db-1874e62d44ab The Contractor shall provide comprehensive custodial services for CSU San Bernardino student housing facilities during the Summer 2026 term, including apartment-style communities (Arrowhead Village and University Village) and, as needed, traditional residence halls (Coyote Village). Services include full cleaning and turnover of apartment units¿generally once per unit, with some units requiring additional cleanings due to summer occupancy or conferences¿as well as potential assistance with expedited end-of-summer transition preparation for fall move-in. In Coyote Village, the Contractor will supplement the University¿s custodial team, if needed, by performing cleaning of resident rooms and common areas prior to and between scheduled summer orientation sessions, with up to six turnovers included in the base scope and additional services as requested. Work includes cleaning of all interior spaces such as kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, common areas, corridors, and shared facilities in accordance with provided turnover standards. The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, and custodial supplies, adhere to established schedules and campus policies, and complete all work subject to inspection and approval by University staff. The University reserves the right to adjust the number of units or areas serviced based on operational needs.
