In Coyote Village, the Contractor will supplement the University¿s custodial team, if needed, by performing cleaning of resident rooms and common areas prior to and between scheduled summer orientation sessions, with up to six turnovers included in the base scope and additional services as requested. Work includes cleaning of all interior spaces such as kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, common areas, corridors, and shared facilities in accordance with provided turnover standards. The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, and custodial supplies, adhere to established schedules and campus policies, and complete all work subject to inspection and approval by University staff. The University reserves the right to adjust the number of units or areas serviced based on operational needs.
