For further assistance, please contact vendors@bplco.com . This Bid was set up to assist any Vendor registered on BPL's portal on "How to Submit a Bid". This bid in conjunction with Training that will be provided by the Procurement Department will support BPL's objective to teach and bring transparency to the bidding Process. R.S.V. P by sending an email to sataylor@bplco.com to attend Training as indicated below. If you do not R.S.V. P., you will not be authorized to attend any of the training provided. Also, please bring a tablet or laptop as BPL will not provide any electronic devices to assist with this Training. You must have a valid driver's license to present when attending the Training. Please be advised that Training is scheduled for the following dates: July 1st, 2019 - 2:00 pm - 3:00 p.m. - E. Coburn Sands Building July 8th, 2019 - 2:00 pm - 3:00 p.m. - E. Coburn Sands Building July 15th, 2019 - 2:00 pm - 3:00 p.m. - E. Coburn Sands Building July 22nd, 2019 - 2:00 pm - 3:00 p.m. - E. Coburn Sands Building July 29th, 2019 - 2:00 pm - 3:00 p.m. - E. Coburn Sands Building Training will be held at a minimum, twice a year. You can download all documents related to the Bid from the Documents section of the Bid; Here you will find BPL Instructions on How to Submit a Bid. In order to Submit the Bid and practice, please log on using the email address associated with your company when you registered. The other tab, "Response" will be available for you to view the questions that need answers. If a question states that a response is required, please input what is asked, for example, document, decimal, integer, etc. If you do not answer all the questions that require a response, the system will not allow you to Submit your Bid.
