    The City University of New York, on behalf of Queens College (“College”) seeks to procure, through a Request For Quote (RFQ), a Hewlett Packard computers and Apple Mini’s with respective warranties, apple care and accessories for student labs, faculty and administrative staff pursuant to Request for Quotes (RFQ) No. 212533952. Pursuant to its discretionary authority under the New York State Education Law and State Finance Law, this procurement opportunity is limited to businesses certified pursuant to Articles 15-A (MWBE) and/or 17-B (SDVOB) of the New York State Executive Law. Any purchase that results from this advertisement shall be governed by the terms and conditions of this advertisement (including without limitation, any attached specifications and any terms and conditions attached hereto or incorporated herein by reference), the University's standard Purchase Order Terms and Conditions, and the Standard Clauses for New York State Contracts which are incorporated herein by reference with the same effect as it is written. These documents are available for review upon request to the contact listed below. Communication with the University with respect to this procurement initiated by or on behalf of an interested vendor through others may constitute an "impermissible contact" under State law, and could result in disqualification of that vendor. The College reserves the right to request financial information, and references for projects of similar size, scope, and complexity completed within the past two years from the Bid Submission Date. Any purchase that results from this advertisement shall be governed by the University’s standard Terms and Conditions, the resulting Purchase Order, and the Standard Clauses for New York State Contracts (Appendix A). The restricted period has begun with the publication of this advertisement. Prospective bidders may request a copy of the RFQ via email from the Designated Contact listed below. No site visit is required for this RFQ.
