Prospective vendors who believe they can provide these commodities or contractual services shall provide relevant information to the contact person listed on this advertisement no later than January 16, 2025.
If it is determined by the Department, after reviewing information received from prospective vendors, that the commodities or contractual services are available only from a single source, the Department will post notice of its intended decision to enter into an agreement with said vendor on the Vendor Information Portal pursuant to Section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes.
