Data is used to help determine new trends and changes which affect planning, as well as for program evaluation.The vendor will administer the Delaware Adult Tobacco Survey (ATS). Survey includes both landline and cell phone samples and eligible population consists of non-institutionalized Delaware residents age 18 and older. The selected vendor will be responsible for calculating sampling and conducting data analysis
