Services may include: 1. Specific training around policies, procedures, reporting, regulations, statutes, state requirements, federal requirements, and quality assurance specific to the needs of DPH.2. Program design and project planning associated with implementing new or modified elements of public health programs or initiatives or enhancing existing programs for innovation or system transformation. To include but not be limited to: a. Program design support b. Strategic planning and assessment c. Workgroup and meeting facilitation d. Stakeholder communication including Federal partners e. Request for proposal and contract draft development f. Provide assessment, facilitate, and support vendor negotiations g.
