Hunter St, Aurora Ct, Nadine Dr, Roxie St, Sabelle Ln, & Jane Anne St Road Reconstruction

The project consists of reconstructing approximately 904 linear feet of Hunter Street from Stanley Keller Road to Layton Avenue, 264 linear feet of Aurora Street from Hunter Street to Aurora Court, 833 linear feet of Nadine Drive from Field Street to Haltom Road, 1368 linear feet of Sabelle Lane  from Haltom Road to Rita Lane, 784 linear feet of Roxie Street from Haltom Road to Sabelle Lane, and  874 linear feet of Jane Anne Street from Service Road to Melinda Street. This includes reconstructing the existing asphalt roadway to a concrete section consisting of 6” reinforced concrete with 8” flexible base. This project also includes the installation of approximately 5116 linear feet of 6”–12” water line, 560 linear feet of reinforced concrete pipe of various sizes, and approximately 4404 linear feet of 8” sanitary sewer line. Additionally, this project includes ADA compliant sidewalks with curb ramps and driveways.
