This proposal applies to but is not limited to, the following categories: HVAC Miscellaneous Repair Parts and Supplies. Awards will be made to multiple vendors incrementally during the solicitation offering period. However, VENDORS SHOULD RESPOND ASAP. Initial awards will be made at the August 2023 school board meeting. The contract term shall be for four (4) years beginning September 1, 2023, and ending August 31, 2027. Proposal responses will be accepted continually until 2:00 P.M. CDT on August 31, 2027. Vendors may cancel during the contract term by notifying the Buyer of record. Responses should be submitted electronically; award notices will be sent electronically. No faxed, late, or e-mailed responses will be accepted. Requests for additional information or clarification on information contained in this RFP must be submitted via the Questions Tab within the electronic bid opportunity by noon CDT on 08/15/2027. Response to questions will be posted in the Questions Tab periodically. Alief ISD reserves the right to waive all formalities, be the sole judge of quality and suitability, and reject any or all proposals.
