GCCISD is accepting proposals for HVAC Rooftop Replacement Project-Harlem Elementary Online submission of responses is RECOMMENDED and PREFERRED; however, if submitting a hard copy version, sealed responses must be addressed to the GCCISD Purchasing Department at 4544 Interstate 10 East, Baytown, TX 77521, and must be received by the response deadline listed. The proposal opening will be performed virtually and online. Faxed and/or emailed responses will not be accepted. Any proposal received after the above time and date will not be considered. Any changes or requests for changes in the specifications will not be recognized after sealed proposals are submitted. Goose Creek CISD reserves the right to postpone, to accept or reject any or all proposals as it deems to be in its best interest, and to waive formalities and reasonable irregularities in bidding.
