**THIS SOLICITATION IS LIMITED TO ONLY NYS MWBE OR SDVOB CERTIFIED VENDORS** Baruch College of The City University of New York intends to procure a contractor to complete Installation services for 20 Hyflex Classrooms. The Contractor will provide Baruch College (CUNY) with labor, professional expertise, and recommendations for materials and equipment needed to install technology-enhanced HyFlex classrooms pursuant to its discretionary purchasing authority under State Finance Law §163(6). This procurement opportunity is limited to New York State businesses certified according to Article 15-A of the New York State Executive Law. A copy of the specifications can be downloaded from the document section of this advertisement. Any purchase that results from this advertisement shall be governed by the terms and conditions of this advertisement (including without limitation, any attached specifications and any other terms and conditions attached hereto or incorporated herein by reference) and by the University's standard Purchase Order Terms and Conditions and Appendix A, Standard Clauses for New York State Contracts which are incorporated herein by reference with the same effect as it is written. Compliance Procurement Lobbying Act Required Forms: Vendor are required to complete, sign and submit the following forms: “Offerer’s Affirmation of Understanding of and Agreement pursuant to State Finance Law § 139-j (3) and § 139-j (6) (b)” 1. “Offerer’s Disclosure of Prior Non-Responsibility Determinations and Certification of Compliance with State Finance Law §139-j and §139-k”. 2. Under the requirements of the State Procurement Lobbying Act, all communications regarding advertised projects are to be channeled through the Office of University Controller (*Designated Contacts). Until a designation is made, communication with any other CUNY employees concerning this project that is determined to be an attempt to influence the procurement may result in disqualification.
