Have 5 years of experience working with Sodium Hypochlorite Generation Units.2. Be factory authorized to perform work on specified equipment.3. Provide all necessary equipment to competently perform and complete work as specified.4. Follow safety measures at all times and have the necessary PPE to perform all tasks.5. Be adequately trained in up-to-date confined space entry and provide additional field personnel for safety watch.6. All work is to be performed in compliance with all applicable codes, standards, and Cal/OSHA safety requirements. Notes: Questions regarding this RFP shall be submitted via PlanetBids.
