The City of Springfield is seeking a qualified contractor(s) for a time and materials contract for on-call, on-site ELECTRICAL SERVICES (CITY-WIDE) as well as new replacement equipment. The resulting contract shall include all labor, equipment, licensing, materials, tools, travel, and all other items necessary to complete work on an “as required if required basis.” The minimum requirements for electrical services shall include, but are not limited to installing, repairing, servicing, maintaining, and adjusting electrical systems and equipment owned and/or operated by the City of Springfield. Examples include troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems; Installation of circuits, panels, conduit, or lighting; emergency response for outages; generator hookup and maintenance; SCADA/low-voltage or IT-related electrical issues. This contract will establish hourly rates and percentage mark-ups which will remain fixed for the term of the contract. A contract will be issued in the form of a one-year contract with four (4) one-year renewals. ## Pre-Bid Conference NON-MANDATORY A pre-bid conference is scheduled for April 16, 2026, at 10:00 A.M.
