Description

McKinley County is requesting bids from qualified Bidders to provide on-call maintenance and repair services on overhead doors at McKinley County facilities. The contractor, in addition, shall provide emergency and routine replacement and/or repairs on a time and material basis. Work don under this contract shall be performed at various existing facilities in McKinley County.This is an indefinite quantity, multi-term contract.All material or services quoted must meet or exceed County's specifications. Bidders must possess any required licenses or certifications and shall be required to pay all fees for licensing, certification, or permit fees.The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor and materials necessary for the completion of this contract in the manner specified and for the specified price and to the satisfaction of the County. No letter, stipulation or exception submitted with the Bid shall modify the terms of this Contract.
