    The Lowell Housing Authority seeks bids from qualified contractors for various site improvements at 1-11 Colwell Avenue. The Project consists of: Bituminous concrete paving, granite curb and walls, demo and rebuilding of stone/masonry walls, poured in place concrete stairs, steel railings and guard rails, installation of underground conduit, boxes, transformer pad and electrical service to include new electrical panelboards and related equipment. A Pre-Bid Site Visit shall take place on June 3, 2026 @ 10:00 AM. Interested bidders shall meet at 1-11 Colwell Avenue, Lowell, MA 01852. The Contractor shall not be relieved from assuming all responsibility for properly estimating the difficulties and the cost of performing the services required with this IFB because of failure to investigate the conditions or become acquainted with all the information concerning the services to be performed.
