    The Greater Binghamton Health Center (GBHC) is seeking a qualified vendor to perform Catch Basin Repairs at its facility located at 425 Robinson St, Binghamton, NY 13904. There is a mandatory site visit scheduled for Tuesday, January 20, 2026 at 10 AM ET. Directions are available at the OMH website http://www.omh.gov – type “directions” at search option, hit go. Interested bidders are to sign in at Building 54, 425 Robinson Street, Binghamton, NY 13904. No one will be admitted to the conference or site visit after the time cited above. Questions regarding this solicitation are due per the instructions in the IFB by 3:00 PM ET, Tuesday, January 27, 2026. Questions will be accumulated by OMH and responses will be sent to potential bidders on Tuesday, February 3, 2026. The Q&A will also be posted to the contract reporter. Bids are due no later than 3:00 PM ET, Friday, February 13, 2026. No late bids will be accepted. Please check the Contract Reporter website frequently for updates.
