FY2023 Community Project Funding Grant Award ID # B-23-CP-FL-0430.Vendors must fully complete Appendix A: FORM TOH-140, Structure Record Release Acknowledgement, to obtain copies of solicitation related building plans, blueprints, schematics, or diagrams pursuant to Chapter 119, Florida Statutes. Submit completed forms to procurement@tohowater.com by the question submittal deadline stated in this solicitation.
