Attached is the Invitation to Bid (IFB) instruction document. The written requirements contained in this IFB shall not be changed or superseded except by written addenda from the Clarke County School District's School Nutrition Program and/or Purchasing Depart ment. These entities are the only offices authorized to change, modify, clarify, etc. the specifications, terms, and conditions of this IFB and any contract awarded as a result of this IFB. Failure to comply with the written requirements for this bid may result in rejection of the bid by the Clarke County School District' School Nutrition Program. Bids will be received until 4:00PM on Friday, May 22, 2026 . Bids may be hand delivered or send via United States Postal Service or other carrier. Hand delivered copies may be delivered between the hours of 8:00AM and 4:00PM (EDT) Monday- Friday. Vendors that elect to hand deliver their IFB must contact the School Nutrition Program Central Office at 706.354.1138 to schedule a delivery time. The District is not responsible for bids not delivered or received. Any bids received after this date and time will not be accepted. The District will not accept faxed or email copies of bids. The Clarke County School District reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive any formalities and to make an award deemed in the best interest of the School Nutrition Program.
