IFB-26-53 Town Branch Basin Sewer Improvements – Alignments 2, 3, and 4

The City of Bentonville, Arkansas is accepting formal, sealed bids from properly qualified, licensed, insured, and

experienced Contractor for the construction of Town Branch Basin Sewer Improvements (Alignments 2, 3 & 4) for

the City of Bentonville Water Department consisting of four construction areas identified as Alignment 3 – Zone 1,

Alignment 3 – Zone 2, Alignment 2, and Alignment 4, which are intended to be constructed in a phased manner

and are generally described below.

Alignment 3 is divided into 2 separate Work Zones and includes installation of approximately 1,650 linear feet of

gravity sewer, consisting primarily of 24‑inch diameter PVC sewer main and approximately 155 linear feet of

34‑inch steel encasement installed via pilot guided auger bore.

Alignment 2 includes installation of approximately 1,900 linear feet of primarily 30-inch diameter gravity sewer,

consisting of approximately 840 linear feet of PVC sewer main and 1,060 linear feet of ductile iron pipe, with

associated roadway restoration and surface restoration.

Alignment 4 includes installation of approximately 1,885 linear feet of gravity sewer, consisting primarily of 18-inch

diameter PVC sewer main, with upsizing of the existing sewer and associated roadway and surface restoration.
