    Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), all tools, materials, supplies, labor, equipment, personnel, travel, and incidentals necessary to provide, routine and annual aircraft maintenance, inspection, and requested and non-routine (on-call) repair services for two (2) Caltrans aircrafts in accordance with Cirrus Airplane Maintenance Manual for Models SR22 and SR22T, Attachment A and Hawker Beechcraft 100-Hour or Annual Long Form Inspection Guide, Attachment B, all Federal Aviation Regulations and directives promulgated by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
