Project Description: Construct 350,000 gallon water storage tank and platform. Install fill/draw lines, additional heat add for new tank, and supplemental chlorination point. Upgrade raw water monitoring to include turbidity and conductivity. Construct an alarm using the monitoring that would alert an operator to turn off the raw water pump and pause water treatment until raw water quality drops to acceptable total dissolved solids levels. Work of the Project includes the following:• Phase 1: Mobilization, Construction Survey, Erosion and Pollution Control, Water Storage Tank Foundation & Water Main Foundation, De-mobilization. • Phase 2: Mobilization, Erosion and Pollution Control, Water Treatment Plant Upgrades, Water Storage Tank and Valve Vault, Furnish and Install 6X12 Water Main & Furnish and Install 4X12 Water Main, De-mobilization. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, services, testing, and incidentals to complete all Work required by these Specifications and as shown on the Drawings and shall have experience with water storage tank construction.Anticipated Schedule: The Project has an expected substantial completion date of 9/30/2027 and final completion date of 11/30/2027.Award Statement: Award will be based on the total of Phase 1 and Phase 2; however initial award may be for Phase 1 with Phase 2 added at later date via modification. This may occur should bid prices exceed available funding and allow time to obtain supplemental funding for Phase 2. It is the intent of ANTHC for the entire project to be completely constructed by a single contractor.
