TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS Copies of plans and technical specifications are available on the City of Columbus Vendor Services https://columbusvendorservices.powerappsportals.com/ PRE-BID CONFERENCE Pre-bid conference for this project will be held at Bicentennial Park Amphitheatre 233 Civic Center Dr. 02/24/2026 from 10:00am-12:00pm. Contact project manager with questions. NOTICE TO PROCEED/CONTRACT COMPLETION All work shall be substantially complete within 90 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed. The City anticipates issuing a notice to proceed in late March 2026. QUESTIONS Questions pertaining to the plans and specifications must be submitted in writing only to the project manager, via email at JBScanlon@columbus.gov five days prior to bid submittal deadline, 02/25/2026 at 2:00PM.
