Communication with the University with respect to this procurement initiated by or on behalf of an interested vendor through others may constitute an "impermissible contact" under State Law and could result in disqualification of that vendor. The College reserves the right to request financial information, and references for projects of similar size, scope and complexity completed within the past three years from the bid submission date. Any purchase that results from this advertisement shall be governed by the University's Standard Terms and Conditions, the resulting Purchase Order, and the standard Clauses for NYS Contracts (Appendix A).
