    Description

    The Work consists of all materials, labor, tools, equipment, apparatus, facilities, transportation and incidentals necessary to furnish, install, commission, start up and deliver a complete and fully functional project in accordance with Bid Documents, to furnish, deliver and install thirty-nine (39) manhole frames and covers and associated appurtenances including permitting and traffic control. The scope of work includes reconstruction of the existing paving and landscaping affected by the Work as shown in the drawings in Volume II of these Bid Documents. IEUA has pre-purchased the new manhole frames and covers; refer to Attachment H in Volume II of these Bid Documents. The Contractor shall arrange to pick up the new covers with IEUA facility, Regional Plant No. 4 in Rancho Cucamonga.
