    1. SCOPE OF THE REQUIREMENTS NATO Communications and Information Systems (CIS) Group (NCISG), would like to have a possibility to rent different vehicles (5 seaters – Segment C Compact (codes provided further) and 7/8/9-seaters – Segment V – passenger Van (codes provided further) per Association of Car Rental Industry Systems Standards (ACRISS) https://www.acriss.org/car-co es/ ) capacities, for NCISG in different locations, on the terms and conditions described below, from the eligible commercial provider/s with whom the Contract will be established on Fixed Price and Indefinite Quantity basis. The vehicles could be of variety of brands, models and colors. The detailed requirements of NCISG in the vehicles will be communicated to the service provider on as required basis at least 2 weeks before the estimated rental start date. The rental period of each vehicle may be different and last for days, weeks and months depending on the NCISG requirement. The vehicles will be used for the transportation of NCISG personnel within the local and/or specific country area and/or abroad/EU countries area, with maximum 5000 kilometers driven per month by each. The utilization of vehicles in different countries than the country of stationing (DEU. GBR, CRO) will be communicated individually so additional charges (permissions and obligatory insurance) could be added. NATO Communications and Information Systems (CIS) Group (NCISG), would like to have a possibility to rent different vehicles. The vehicles required should be of the following characteristics: - 5 seaters – Segment C - Compact codes: o CDMR (compact; 4-5 doors; manual unspecified drive; unspecified fuel (diesel or essence) and air conditioned) o CDAR (compact; 4-5 doors; auto unspecified drive; unspecified fuel (diesel or essence) and air conditions) - 7/8/9-seaters – Segment V – Passenger Van codes: o SV – 7+seats o SV – 8+seats
