All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed to PWC@cmd.ca.gov and shall include the Contracting Analyst listed in this IFB as a copied recipient. Subject line must include the IFB No. 126666, Annual Fire System Service and Contractor Business Name. Prospective bidders MUST attend the mandatory pre-bid job walk on 3/16/2026, at 11:00 AM at Sepulveda Air National Guard, 15900 Victory Blvd, Lake Balboa, CA 91406. Arrive at least 15 minutes early and bring business cards. Failure to arrive at the designated meeting location by the scheduled start time may result in disqualification from submitting a bid. Bidders who do not remain for the entire pre-bid job walk may be considered non-responsive and may not be allowed to bid on this project. Prospective bidders may obtain directions to the pre-bid job walk site by contacting Nicole Jackson at Nicole.Jackson@cmd.ca.gov. The prime contractor MUST possess a type C-16 - Fire Protection Contractor license.
