Arrive at least 15 minutes early and bring business cards. Failure to arrive at the designated meeting location by the scheduled start time may result in disqualification from submitting a bid. Bidders who do not remain for the entire pre-bid job walk may be considered non-responsive and may not be allowed to bid on this project. Prospective bidders may obtain directions to the pre-bid job walk site by contacting Robert Hawkins at Robert.Hawkins@cmd.ca.gov. The Prime Contractor shall possess a C-21 - Building Moving/Demolition Contractor or B ¿ General Building Contractor and subcontract a C-22 ¿ Asbestos Abatement Contractor license issued by the California Contractors State Licensing Board (CSLB).
