Bidders who do not remain for the entire pre-bid job walk may be considered non-responsive and may not be allowed to bid on this project. Prospective bidders may obtain directions to the pre-bid job walk site by contacting Robert Hawkins at Robert.Hawkins@cmd.ca.gov. The prime contractor MUST possess a type B - General Building Contractor and/or a C-39 - Roofing Contractor license. The Prime Contractor shall also possess a C-22 - Asbestos Abatement Contractor license. If the prime contractor does not possess a C-22, then they shall hire a subcontractor with a C-22 license. All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to Robert Hawkins at Robert.Hawkins@cmd.ca.gov no later than 5:00 PM on 8/5/2026. Email subject lines must reference IFB No. 130890.
