SCOPE This contract is for the purchase of Igniter Flares (Fusee) and Highway Signal Devices. All products meet Underwriter Laboratories 912 Specification. How to Use this Contract 1. MUST reference DES Contract No. 00324 on your Agency's Purchase Order. 2. Review the Contractor Information section below to find pricing, product offerings, and information for the Contractor. • Minimum Requirement. There is a 30 case minimum requirement per delivery location for orders under this contract. Orders less than 30 cases per delivery location may be charged Freight/Delivery costs on invoice as a separate line item. • Additional Fees for Liftgate. Liftgate Request on Delivery Must be requested at time of order. If refusal of delivery occurs due to not being requested however required, additional charges may be charged. • Additional Fees for Appointment Requests: Appointment Requested on Delivery Must be requested at time of order. If refusal occurs due to not being requested however required, additional charges may be charged. • Volume Discount. Pricing is listed per case with an allowable volume discount of 3% for orders of the case quantity at the volume discount per case quantity specified or more detailed in Exhibit A – Included Goods/Services and Prices of the executed contract. 3.
