    Description

    The City of Warner Robins (“City”) is seeking proposals from qualified, experienced, and interested consultants to conduct and deliver a comprehensive Developmental Impact Fee Study in accordance with all processes and requirements of the Georgia Development Impact Fee Act. The purpose of the study is to consider the implementation of new development impact fees related to residential, commercial, and industrial growth and development within the corporate boundaries of the City. It is the City’s intent to award a contract for the project to a single consultant or consultant team. Please review Attachment #1 (26-GA-4761 Impact Fee Study RFP) for complete project specifications and requirements. Proposals and required forms must be submitted via the City’s online procurement system, IonWave, by the designated date and time of Thursday, April 2, 2026, at 2:00 PM(ET). Proposals submitted via mail, hand delivery, fax, or any alternative method will not be accepted. The City encourages prospective offerors to submit questions intended to clarify the scope, terms, specifications or requirements of this RFP. All questions must be submitted via IonWave by Thursday, March 26, 2026, at 2:00 PM(ET). The City will issue responses to questions via IonWave. Submission of a proposal shall constitute acknowledgement and acceptance of all terms, conditions, and addenda to this solicitation.
