Summary of Project Bidding Dates: Deadline to Submit Requests for Clarifications: Feb 26th 2026 3 PM Bid Closing: Thursday, Mar 12th 5th 2026 @ 3:00 p.m. Upon receipt of this RFP, please be sure to indicate your intention to bid, or not bid by communicating your decision through the electronic bid portal (Aquarion.Procureware.com). Any technical or commercial questions regarding the bid or bid documents should be communicated through the “Clarifications Tab” in the Aquarion.Procureware.com system portal. Any Contract or Contracts awarded under this Invitation for Bid is expected to be funded in part by the State of Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection and/or the Department of Public Health. Neither the State of Connecticut nor any of its departments, agencies or employees is or will be a party to this invitation for Bids or any resulting Contract. This procurement will be subject to the requirements contained in subsections (h), (j) and (o) of Section 22a-482-4 of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies. A copy of these Regulations is included in the Document 00005 – SRF Special Project Procedures, Attachment F. Aquarion Water Company reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. Note: Bid, Performance, and Payment Bonds will be required for this project. No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time of this bid.
