The A&I Procurement Office will receive proposals for providing consultation services to determine compliance with the IDEA standards by reviewing individual student files of contracted Child Development Centers (CDCs) for the State of Wyoming, Wyoming Department of Health (Agency) through the Public Purchase online bidding system. Proposals are due no later than 2:00:00 P.M. (Mountain Time) on March 5, 2026. Questions must be submitted through the Public Purchase online bidding system no later than 2:00 P.M. Mountain Time on, February 16, 2026. Questions submitted after this deadline may not be accepted or considered. All responses must be uploaded completely through the Public Purchase online bidding system no later than the 2:00:00 p.m. MT due date indicated in the document. If your submission has not completely uploaded by the 2:00:00 p.m. MT deadline, the Public Purchase system will lock and your response will be incomplete and deemed non-responsive and eliminated from the evaluation process.
