The total term of the awarded agreement shall not exceed five (5) years.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS1) Proposer must have been in business continuously for the most recent five (5) years prior to the date of this RFP.2) Minimum five (5) most recent years of experience performing similar services as those detailed in the scope of services of this RFP for similar public agencies.3) Retail location/business location must be no further than 30 miles from Eastvale City Hall.Note: Proposers that maintain a business location within 15 miles of the City of Eastvale will be given additional consideration.
