Based on recent history, the City does not anticipate that annual expenses for these products will exceed the state defined threshold for formal/sealed bids ($100,000/year). Therefore, this is NOT a formal/sealed bid and the requirements set forth in Texas Local Government Code, chapter 252 related to sealed solicitations do not apply here.
