The Unified Government of Wyandotte County/Kansas City, Kansas, Sheriff’s Office is accepting competitive proposals from qualified individuals, firms, partnerships and corporations for the purpose of providing commissary services for the Adult Detention Centers. ## Pre-Bid Conference MANDATORY A mandatory site pre-proposal conference will be held at 9:00 AM, Central Standard Time, on May 29, 2026, in the Sheriff Admin Training Room on the Basement floor of the Wyandotte County Detention Center Building, 710 N. 7th Street, Kansas City, KS 66101. The purpose of the conference is to discuss the work to be performed with the prospective offerors and allow them to ask questions concerning the RFP. Questions and answers will be transcribed and sent to prospective offerors as soon as possible after the meeting.
