Inmate Television System

The Frederick County Adult Detention Center (FCADC) currently provides television services to the inmate population via split coax cable television distribution system. FCADC is seeking proposals from qualified providers to enter into an agreement for labor, materials, and equipment required for installation and service of inmate cable television services. FCADC goals for this project include, but are not limited to, increasing the quality at each endpoint, protection of assets, improved control over channels, and capability of creating own programming, alerts, and other features. Installation and services shall be provided at 7300 Marcies Choice Lane, Frederick, Maryland 21704 and 7281 Marcies Choice Lane, Frederick, Maryland 21704. The project start date is subject to completion of projects either currently in process or that require completion prior to installation of television system.
