Innovation Loop West Extension

The project generally includes the extension of roadway and associated utility improvements for Innovation Loop West within the Marble Falls Business & Technology Park.

The developer for Lot 4 has agreed to allow surplus earthen spoils to be stockpiled on the lot (immediately adjacent and east of the project), with the stipulation that coordination regarding stockpile locations, heights, and quality be coordinated prior to placement.  The material shall be clean and free of trash, debris, concrete, steel, pavement, and other material generally considered to be waste.

The scope includes:

• ~925 LF of 40’ B-B street with curb and gutter, plus a hammerhead
• Signage and striping
• ~1,193 LF of water main and appurtenances (8”)
• ~1,138 LF of wastewater force main and appurtenances (3” and 4”)
• ~944 LF of storm sewer and appurtenances (18”, 24”, and 30”)
• Erosion and sedimentation control
• Miscellaneous improvements
