All questions regading this solicitation must be submitted in an email and sent to Procurement@gaithersburgmd.gov. The City of Gaithersburg Department of Public Works (DPW) Environmental Services Division (ENV Services) intends to enter into a firm-fixed price, indefinite-quantity, unit-price Contract with one (1) qualified Contractor to service, inspect, maintain, and repair City-maintained stormwater management (SWM) infrastructure throughout the City. The Contractor must have experience in Federal, State and local City municipality laws and environmental codes. The Contractor must follow all terms and conditions specified in this Solicitation and the resulting Contract. The Contractor must ensure the highest quality of work by providing qualified, experienced personnel trained in stormwater management infrastructure service, inspection, maintenance and repair, erosion and sediment control, illicit discharge detection and elimination (IDDE) procedures, and be familiar with the City’s sediment, wastewater and solid waste disposal requirements. The Contractor must provide all necessary management, supervision, personnel, labor tools, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to perform this work.
