The preventive maintenance (PM) services include monthly, semi-annual, and annual scheduled inspections and maintenance. The maintenance requirements include testing, lubricating, cleaning, adjusting and all other maintenance requirements as prescribed by the manufacturer and applicable codes. Repairs shall be performed as-needed or as requested by the Authority.
