BCHA is soliciting bids from qualified firms with experience working directly with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and public housing agencies nationwide to provide residential property inspection services using trained and certified inspectors in Broward County, Florida, in accordance with the Federal National Standards for the Physical Inspection of Real Estate (NSPIRE) and the specifications set forth in this IFB and Exhibit I. It is the intention of BCHA to award a contract for a term of two (2) years with three (3) one (1) year renewal option periods, subject to satisfactory performance, vendor acceptance, and a determination that renewal is in the best interest of BCHA.
