Notes: On-Site Office Requirement:As a mandatory requirement for responsiveness, the Proposer must maintain a physical, fully staffed office within Corpus Christi, TX (Nueces County). This office must be operational during normal business hours (at minimum, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding recognized holidays) for the duration of the contract term. Virtual or remote-only operations will not satisfy this requirement.Only Proposers who demonstrate the maintenance of a physical, fully staffed office within Nueces County, as described in the Scope of Services, will be deemed responsive.
