Intent to Single Source - Barber Vickery SyncroFlo Pump Systems, Parts and Services

This is an intent to Single Source. The Tampa Convention Center is currently using Barber Vickery Company as they are the exclusive, factory-authorized provider for commercial service, sales, and replacement parts for SyncroFlo pump systems throughout the Central Florida territory. As the sole-source provider, Barber Vickery Company ensures that all equipment maintenance, repairs, and component replacements meet manufacturer standards and specifications.

This aims to secure reliable, high-quality service and parts support for SyncroFlo pump systems, ensuring system performance, longevity, and compliance with manufacturer requirements. By engaging the authorized sole-source provider, the City can maintain operational efficiency while minimizing downtime and risks associated with non-certified servicing.

Background

SyncroFlo pump systems are critical infrastructure that require specialized expertise for maintenance, repair, and parts replacement. Due to manufacturer requirements and the technical complexity of these systems, only authorized providers are permitted to perform commercial service and supply genuine replacement parts.

Barber Vickery Company has been designated as the sole-source provider for the Central Florida territory, making them uniquely qualified to deliver factory-authorized services and products.
