    The Advance Albany County Alliance (“Alliance”) will receive sealed proposals for the Intercity Transit Station RFP prior to 4:00 p.m. on Monday, March 23, 2026. Proposals received after this time will not be accepted. Printed proposals will be delivered to the Advance Albany County Alliance, 111 Washington Avenue, Suite 100, Albany, NY 12210, Attn: Kevin Catalno, Senior Vice-President and electronically by submitting to the e-mail address kcatalano@advancealbanycounty.com. The Advance Albany County Alliance LDC is soliciting proposals from qualified construction, engineering, and architectural teams experienced in working on projects utilizing a design-build structure to develop a signature gateway building design to establish a high-performance, context-sensitive intercity transportation terminal that meets both functional and urban-design objectives at this key point of entry into the City of Albany, located at 106 South Pearl Street, Albany, New York. The full Request for Proposals Document will be available on the Advance Albany County Alliance website (www.advancealbanycounty.com) and by email request to kcatalano@advancealbanycounty.com. All respondents are required to provide their contact information to the Alliance so that they can be informed of all necessary information, including the notice of bid addenda via digital shared folder. Prospective bidders may request clarifications of the Bid Documents by contacting the project contact, Kevin Catalano, at kcatalano@advancealbanycounty.com. All questions must be submitted via e-mail, no phone calls will be accepted. All e-mails must include "RFP# AACA2602 Intercity Transit Station" within the subject line. Questions received after 4:00 PM on Tuesday, March 10, 2026 cannot be answered. Contract will be awarded by the Advance Albany County Alliance Local Development Corporation which reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any and all bids.
