Denver Water is seeking Proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive investment consulting services for the Employees’ Retirement Plan of the Denver Board of Water Commissioners (the “Plan”). The Proposer awarded an agreement resulting from this RFP process is hereby referred to as Investment Consultant or Consultant. The Investment Consultant will work closely with the Chief Finance Officer (“CFO”), Treasury staff, and the Retirement Program Committee (“RPC”). The Investment Consultant will assist the Board and its delegated fiduciaries in all aspects of the Plan management including but not limited to, the ongoing process of investment policy review and compliance, strategic investment planning and asset allocation decisions.
