    Notice is hereby given that Teton County Public Works (Owner) will receive bids prior to March 11th 2026 at 3:00PM MDT submitted Bid shall be submitted online at the Teton County Public Purchase Site: https://www.publicpurchase.com/gems/tetonco,wy/buyer/public/home. Hard copy sealed bids will also be accepted at Teton Parks and Recreation prior to 3:00PM MDT on March 11th 2026 at 400 W Snow King Ave, Jackson, WY 83001 The project will generally consist of resurfacing and All work shall be completed no later than July 1st , 2026. Notice to proceed will be issued no later than 7 days after contract is fully executed. In accordance with Wyoming Statutes, a five percent (5%) bid preference will apply to bids from Wyoming Resident Contractors. Teton County Parks and Recreation reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities in proposals. Bid opening will take place at Teton County Public Works office located at 400 W Snow King Ave, Jackson, WY 83001 Parks and Pathways Project manager is Max Moran, 802.881.6895, mmoran@tetoncountywy.gov.
