    Description

    Texas HistoricalCommission (THC) is seeking a contractor to furnish all labor, materials,equipment, and services necessary to install a new water storage tank,structural slab, and below-grade plumbing. Work shall include all associatedsite preparation. The work must be completed in accordance with manufacturerspecifications and the Texas State Fire Marshal’s Office code requirements. Allitems above will be installed at the San Felipe de Austin State Historic Site. ThisIFB requires a pre-bid site visit/inspection. Bidders must schedule their ownsite visits from June 16, 2026, to June 19, 2026. The San Felipe de AustinState Historic Site is located at San Felipe de Austin, 220 2ND Street, SanFelipe, Texas 77473. Site contact:979-885-2181 or jordan.anderson@thc.texas.gov  or Stephen.kelly@thc.texas.gov  Site Hours:Tuesday to Sunday, 9 AM – 5 PM. Respondents must schedule their visits withinthe specified timeframe and submit questions by the noted deadline. After thesite visit, the Site Representative and Bidder must sign to establish the visitdate. Exhibit X, Site Visit Form, must be included in the Bid.
