Chestnut St., Rogers, AR 72756. City of Rogers encourages all qualified small, minority and women business enterprises to bid on and receive contracts for goods, services, and construction. Also, City of Rogers encourages all general contractors to subcontract portions of their contract to qualified small, minority and women business enterprises.
