Sealed bids, in duplicate, addressed to Harris County Water Control & Improvement District No. 157 will be received in the office of BGE, Inc., 10777 Westheimer Road, Suite 500, Houston, Texas 77042 until 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, at which time all bids will be opened and publicly read at the office of BGE, Inc. and through Microsoft Teams. The Call-in number is (832) 680-2579 and the Conference ID is 500 511 358# for the furnishing of all material, equipment, labor, and supervision necessary or incidental to the “Irrigation Pump Station No. 1 and No. 4 Intake Modifications.”

 

Scope of Project:

 

The intake modification of Irrigation Pump Station (IPS) No. 1 and 4 including but not limited to; installation of coffer dam, dewatering, excavation, and disposal, installation of 18-inch galvanized steel piping and fittings; two (2) Netafim Pre-Pump Strainers (PPS) per station intake, 1.5-inch PVC self-cleaning line connection to each PPS, pipe supports, yard piping, demolition, site and landscaping restoration, Complete in Place.

A cashier’s check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance bond, a payment bond, and a maintenance bond for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
