PROJECT SCOPE: The Project is more specifically defined in the Contract Documents, but generally includes: furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and services necessary to perform the construction and installation of the following: replacement of irrigation controllers and the installation of master valve flow sensors in street medians west of Dougherty Road, including demolition, irrigation, electrical, restoration and other items not specifically mentioned herein, and doing all appurtenant work in place and ready for use, all as shown in the Specifications, Technical Provisions, and other Contract Documents entitled as shown above, now on file in the office of the Public Works Director, to which reference is hereby made for further particulars. PRE-BID MEETING: Contractors bidding the project are required to attend the mandatory pre-bid conference prior to bidding. The pre-bid conference is scheduled for April 15, 2025 at 2:00 p.m and April 23, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. and will be located at the City Corporation Yard, 5709 Scarlett Court, Dublin, CA 94568. Bids will not be accepted from contractors that do not attend one of the pre-bid meetings.
