The six courts will be arranged in two rows of three, each court individually enclosed and oriented North–South to minimize sun glare. All work limits, demolition extents, court layout, utility removals, lighting locations, and surface tie-in points shall be as shown on the attached Site Plan and associated details. The Contractor shall be solely responsible for obtaining, maintaining, and closing out all required local, state, federal, and environmental permits necessary for the execution and completion of the project.
