Bidders shall submit pricing for the initial two (2) year term only. Pricing for each option year, if exercised, shall be subject to review, negotiation, and mutual agreement prior to the commencement of the applicable option period. Award will be made to the responsive and responsible Bidder(s) offering the lowest evaluated cost to TARC for the initial two (2) year term.
